We supply four types of Internet access.
HIGH CAPACITY, HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICE
The first is high-capacity broad-band service using the Grant County PUD’s fiber optic network. This is the Rolls Royce/Cadillac of Internet access and for the money it cannot be beaten anywhere in the country.
To help you understand what it is like, imagine that your home or business was attached directly to Grand Coulee Dam for water and electricity. There is no way that you could use all of the capacity that is available at the dam. That is how the PUD’s fiber optic network is for Internet access. You can attach one or one hundred computers to it and it stays the same. It has a huge data carrying capacity.
The only real drawback is that it is only available in certain parts of Moses Lake and Grant County. To find out if it is available in your area, please call us at this number during regular business hours.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
For many of the customers who do not directly live within an area serviced by the PUD’s fiber optic network, we can supply you with a wireless Internet radio connection from your home or business to the PUD’s fiber optic network. We have several radio connection points strategically located around Moses Lake, and if we can get line-of-sight from your home to one of our wireless access points, we can give you a radio connection to the Internet. HIGH SPEED DSL INTERNET ACCESS
Recently we completed an agreement which permits us to sell DSL Internet access over the telephone lines. We can suppy this high-speed alternative to dial-up modem access at any location currently being serviced by Qwest Communications for DSL access.
Unlike Qwest which primarily focuses upon selling one, two or threee years commitment plans which have very stiff financial penalties if you should have top quit using the service before you have completed your contracted term, we offer a simple month-to-month access plan over the same lines that Qwest uses.
Month-to-month access does cost a little more than the three-year offerings from Qwest, but you have the assurance of not being penalized in case you experience a change of circumstances in your life and you need to discontine the service. When you purchase DSL from us, you are only responsible for each month’s service and the price of your telephone DSL modem. Call us for more information.
Trustworthy Low Cost Dial-Up Internet Access
Finally, we come to good old standard telephone modem access. We now have an agreement where we can sell dial-up Internet access across the entire United States. This means that if you have our dial-up access, you can dial in with a local call from nearly anywhere. This means that snowbirds who go south for the winter can take along their notebook and personal computers and connect to the Internet from their vacation home using their telephone line and they do not have to change anything but the local phone number in their dialer.
